Can I cancel my DisclosureSignals subscription anytime?
Yes. All paid plans bill on a recurring basis and you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrade anytime by visiting the pricing page and choosing a new plan. Stripe will prorate the remainder of your current billing cycle and apply it toward the new plan. To downgrade, cancel your current plan and subscribe to a lower tier at your next billing date.
Do you offer a refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund policy on your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied. Contact support within seven days of your initial charge and we will process a full refund.
